What’s Included in the Pack:
The blinds arrive in two parts – one package for the slats and another for the rail and brackets. In some cases, delivery may be split, so one part could arrive before the other.
Bracket Options:
Your blinds will be provided with top fix brackets as standard. However, face fix brackets can be requested, which are especially useful if you wish to install the blinds within a window frame or outside the recess.

To order correctly, measure your inside recess to the nearest millimetre (see instructions below). Once your order is placed, add the exact measurements into the “Special Comments” box at checkout. We will then make the standard industry deduction of 1cm from the height and width to ensure the blinds fit perfectly. As soon as your order is confirmed, production will begin. A fitting video will also be sent by email to make the installation process simple.

Please ensure you type in the exact width and drop required when placing your order, as these blinds are made to measure. If the measurements are entered incorrectly, the product cannot be returned under the terms and conditions.
All blinds are supplied with a child-safe wand control system.
Tips for Accurate Measurements:
Outside Recess Measurement:
If fitting outside the recess, measure the full size of the area you want the blind to cover. To prevent light gaps, we recommend an overlap of at least 70mm at the top and 50mm on each side. At the bottom, choose the overlap according to preference, while considering any obstructions such as radiators.
Inside Recess Measurement:
If you want the blinds to fit within the recess, measure the total width and height of the opening. Take three measurements across the width and three for the drop, then use the smallest figures. Do not make deductions yourself – we will do this to ensure a correct fit.

Face Fix Installation:
Place the brackets about 5cm from each end of where the headrail will be fitted. If more than two brackets are supplied, position the extras evenly across the rail. Make sure the fixings used are suitable for the wall or surface. Hook the back of the headrail into the bracket, rotate into position, and secure by tightening the screw at the front.
Top Fix Installation:
Mark the section to allow clearance for any obstacles such as window handles. Brackets should be fitted around 10cm from the ends of the headrail position. For wider blinds, place extra brackets evenly. Ensure the fixings suit the surface. Hook the headrail into the bracket, rotate until it clicks into place, and to remove, press the release on the bracket.
