Vertical blackout blinds are an excellent choice for complete privacy in your home. They are available in a range of styles and designs, made with premium blackout fabric that is durable, strong, and versatile. This ensures that the blinds are built to last while maintaining a stylish appearance.
Our blackout blinds are suitable for both large and small windows and can be ordered at any time. They are cost-effective and offer great value for money. A wide colour chart is available, allowing you to choose from high-quality shades. Depending on your needs, you can select either light-filtering fabrics or full blackout materials, giving you a product that works well in homes of all sizes.
Each blind is supplied in two parts – one package for the slats and another for the rail and brackets. Our courier service may deliver these parts separately, meaning one parcel could arrive before the other.
Bracket type: Top fix brackets are supplied as standard. If required, face fix brackets are available and are ideal for fitting inside window frames or outside the recess.

To order, simply measure the inside recess of your window to the nearest millimetre (see measuring instructions below). Once you have your exact measurements, enter them into the ‘special comments’ box at checkout. We will then adjust the size by 1cm (the industry standard) before producing your blinds. As soon as your order is placed, we begin production without delay. We will also send you a fitting video by email to help make the installation process smooth and easy.
Important: Please make sure you enter the correct width and drop when placing your order. As these blinds are made to measure, they cannot be returned if measured incorrectly.

Tips for accurate measurements:
When measuring for an outside recess, take the full size of the area you want the blind to cover. To reduce light leakage, we recommend an overlap of at least 70mm above the recess and 50mm on each side.
The overlap at the bottom is up to you, but do take into account any obstacles such as radiators. Always use a steel tape measure to ensure accurate measurements.
If you want the blind to sit inside the recess, measure the complete width and drop of the opening. We will make the necessary deductions to ensure a neat fit.
Take three measurements for both the width and the drop, and use the smallest result in each case. Do not make your own deductions, as we will handle that for you. Always use a steel tape measure for accuracy.
When fitting your vertical blind, make sure you have the following items:
Supplied equipment:
For a face fix fitting, position the brackets approximately 5cm from each end of where the headrail will be placed. If more than two brackets are supplied, space the extras evenly across the length of the blind. Make sure your wall fixings are suitable for the surface you are attaching to.
Hook the back of the headrail into the bracket, rotate it into place, and secure it by tightening the small screw at the front of the bracket.
For a top fix, first check the clearance for any window handles or other fittings that might get in the way. Position the brackets around 10cm from each end of the headrail. If extra brackets are provided, fit them at equal distances across the rail. Again, ensure the fixings are appropriate for the surface.
Hook the headrail into the bracket and rotate it until it clicks into position. To remove it, press the release point on the bracket.
