The product will arrive in two parts – one package for the slats and another for the rail and brackets. Delivery is arranged through our own courier service, and at times, items may arrive separately.
By default, your blind will be supplied with top-fix brackets. If preferred, you can request face-fix brackets, which are especially useful for fitting into window frames or outside the recess.

To place an order, measure your inside recess carefully (see instructions below) to the nearest millimetre. When you complete your purchase, add the exact sizes into the ‘special comments’ box at checkout. We will adjust by 1cm, which is the industry standard, to make sure the blinds fit properly.
Once your order is confirmed, production begins straight away. You will also receive an email with a fitting video to help you complete installation easily.
All blinds are supplied with wand control, which is child safe.
Important Notice: As these are made-to-measure blinds, please ensure you provide the correct width and drop. If the sizes are incorrect, the item cannot be returned under the terms and conditions.
When fitting your vertical blind, ensure you have the following items supplied:
Position the brackets around 5cm from each end of the headrail location. If more than two brackets are supplied, space them evenly along the length of the blind. Always make sure the fixings are secure and suitable for the surface.
To install, hook the back of the headrail into the bracket and rotate it into position. Tighten the small screw at the front of the bracket to hold the headrail securely.
Mark the required distance, allowing space for any window handles or obstacles inside the recess. Brackets should be placed about 10cm from each end of where the headrail will be fitted. If more brackets are supplied, position them evenly.
Attach the headrail by tilting and hooking it into the bracket, then rotating it until it clicks into place. To remove the headrail, simply press the bracket release point.
