When measuring for slats only, the size will reflect the length of the fabric as it lies flat. The standard width of each slat is usually 89mm, which is the size available for most fabrics offered.
When placing your order, confirm that your chosen fabric is the correct width. Measure to the nearest centimetre and deduct 1cm from both the height and width measurements. Do not make any deductions yourself.

Please make sure you have all the parts that come with your vertical blind.
Additional equipment required during installation:
Face Fix
Position the brackets around 5cm from each end where the headrail will be fitted. If more than two brackets are provided, space the extras evenly along the length of the blind. Check that the fixings you use are suitable for the wall or surface you are attaching them to.
To fit, hook the back of the headrail into the bracket and rotate it into place. Secure the headrail by tightening the short screw at the front of the bracket.
Top Fix
Measure and mark the area carefully, making allowances for any obstructions such as window handles that extend into the recess. Place the brackets about 10cm from each end where the headrail will be installed, which should allow clearance for the window handle. If more than two brackets are provided, space the extras evenly across the blind. Ensure that the fixings are suitable for the wall or ceiling surface.
To fit, tilt and hook the headrail into the bracket at the marked point, then rotate it into place until it clicks securely. To release the headrail, press the bracket at the release point.
