Motorised blinds are considered our premium choice, giving your windows a modern electric style. Both roller blinds and day and night blinds can be fitted with a motorised control system, allowing you to open and close them at the touch of a button using a remote control. We provide an impressive range of blinds, offering a wide choice of colours to match your home or office décor.
Benefits of Motorised Blinds
Motorised blinds are designed to be easy to use, install, and set up. They are powered with high-quality Somfy motors, with no visible wires, and are operated by a rechargeable remote control. They can also be controlled through an app or linked to smart home systems.
Please note: motorised blinds may not be suitable for kitchens or bathrooms.
Important: The colour of your blinds may appear differently depending on the screen or device you are viewing from.

Roller Only Measure
To fit the blind inside the window recess, you must measure the complete width and height of the recessed space (wall to wall).
Inside Recess Measurement
Guide for Inside Recess Fitting
Use a steel tape measure to take accurate measurements, in centimetres, to the nearest millimetre. Measure in all three positions (width and height) and use the smallest measurement when placing your order. The factory will make any necessary deductions for recess blinds to make sure they fit properly. Take care to measure around any obstructions such as handles, rails, or tiles, and ensure the position is correct.
Outside Recess Measurement
For blinds fitted outside the recess, we make them to the exact size you provide, with no deductions.
Guide for Outside Recess Fitting
To block sunlight effectively, we recommend allowing an overlap of 6cm on either side of the window and 7cm above. Measure the total width of the space you want the blind to cover. Be cautious of any obstructions such as tiles or rails, and check that your chosen position is correct. It is your choice whether you want the blind to extend below the window.
Please choose your preferred option:
Position the brackets so the blind can move freely without hitting door handles or the window. Place the brackets loosely on the blind, hold it in position where it will be fitted, and check that it is centred. This will help you see where the brackets should be fixed.
Place the control-side bracket on the same side as the chain or motor mechanism. Mark the position of the first bracket, ensuring it is straight and level, otherwise the blind will not operate correctly. Drill holes and secure the bracket, using raw plugs if you are fixing into a wall.
Insert one end of the blind into the mounted bracket. Then place the other bracket on the opposite end of the blind and mark its position, making sure it is level with the first. Drill and fix the second bracket into place.
Mounting the Blind
Insert the pin end of the blind into the pin bracket. The pin is spring-loaded to make it easier to mount or remove the blind. Then insert the control mechanism into the control-side bracket. The central lug on the mechanism should point downward and slot securely into the bracket.
Once installed, use the side chain or remote control to raise and lower the blind.
The safety device must be fitted as far away as possible from the control mechanism to stop the chain from going slack.
Ensure the control chain passes through the P-clip and remains tight. The P-clip should be fixed at the bottom of the loop so the chain moves smoothly. Screw the tensioning device to the wall, keeping the chain secure and under constant tension.
