The blind will arrive in two parts – one containing the slats and the other with the rail and brackets. Our courier service may deliver these parts separately, meaning one package could arrive before the other.
Each blind is supplied with top fix brackets as standard, although you can request face fix brackets if you prefer. These are particularly useful if you want the blind to be fixed directly to the window frame or outside the window recess.

To place an order, simply measure the inside recess of your window (see instructions below) to the nearest millimetre. When completing your order, write the exact measurements in the ‘Special Comments’ box at checkout. We will then adjust the size by 1cm (industry standard) to ensure the perfect fit before production begins.
Once your order is placed, we will also email you a fitting video to guide you step by step, making installation straightforward and stress-free.
Please make sure you type in the correct width and drop when placing your order. As these blinds are made to measure, they cannot be returned if incorrect measurements are provided, as stated in the terms and conditions.
All blinds are supplied with a wand control system to ensure child safety.
Measure the exact size of the area where you want the blind to cover. To reduce light leakage, we recommend the blind overlaps the window recess by at least 70mm at the top and 50mm on each side.
The overlap at the bottom of the blind depends on your personal choice, but be mindful of any obstacles such as radiators.
This measurement is required if you want the blind to sit inside the window recess. Measure the full width and height of the recess and we will make the necessary deductions to ensure a perfect fit.
Measure in three different places for both width and drop, and record the smallest measurement. Please do not make any deductions yourself – we will take care of that to guarantee accuracy.
Always use a steel measuring tape for correct results.
When fitting your vertical blind, make sure you have the following items:
Position the brackets about 5cm from the ends where the headrail will be placed. If more than two brackets are included, space them evenly across the blind. Ensure that your fixings are suitable for the wall or surface you are attaching them to.
To attach, hook the back of the headrail into the bracket, rotate it into place, and secure it by tightening the short screw at the front of the bracket.
When top fixing, first measure and mark the position carefully, allowing for any window handles that extend into the recess. Place the brackets about 10cm from the ends of the headrail so that the handles are cleared. If more than two brackets are provided, space them evenly along the blind.
Once brackets are secured, tilt and hook the headrail into the bracket and rotate until it clicks into place. To release, press the bracket mechanism.
