Recess Fitting

To fit the blinds inside a window recess, measure the full width and height of the recess. Please allow space for deductions if required by the fitters.

Instructions

• Do not make any deductions yourself
• Use a metal tape measure for accuracy
• Measure the width and drop in three places and always use the smallest measurement
• Measure each window individually, even if they appear the same size

Exact Fitting

• Measure the recess before adding any extra width or height
• The blind will be made to the exact size with no deductions
• To minimise light entry, it is recommended to add at least 50 mm on each side and 70 mm to the top

Non-Standard Windows

• Windows with tiles on the sides, often found in kitchens and bathrooms, may reduce the available width compared to a standard recess
• Measure carefully between the tiles to ensure the blind will fit correctly

Operating the Blind

• Use the cord control to raise, lower, and tilt the slats as required
